K&H Synergy Media is an AI automation and marketing agency based in Lakeland Highlands, Florida. We provide social media management, AI-powered workflow automation, and cinematic website creation services to local and regional businesses. - Contact forms. When you submit a contact or pricing inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name, and the content of your message. This information is stored in our database and forwarded to our team via email.
- Account registration. When you create a client dashboard account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We may also collect your company name and contact details as part of onboarding.
- Cookies and analytics. Our site may use first-party analytics to understand traffic patterns and improve performance. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics data. If we add third-party analytics, this policy will be updated.
- Payment information. When you subscribe to a service plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure. Your account data, contact form submissions, and client records are stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. When you purchase a plan, Stripe handles all payment card data directly.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address may be used to send you account notifications, form confirmations, or billing receipts.
- fal.ai — AI video and image generation. If your service plan includes AI-generated content, relevant prompts and outputs are processed via fal.ai. No personally identifiable information is sent to fal.ai.
- Anthropic— AI task execution for client automation workflows. Inputs passed to Claude models through our system are governed by Anthropic’s usage policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and lead inquiries indefinitely for business records unless you request deletion. Client account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to opt out of marketing communications
