    • Cinematic site build (if scoped) ships in parallel
    • Weekly progress demos so nothing is a surprise

    Week 4–5

    Train your team

    Your team learns to actually run the system — not just push buttons. We pull from our own 6-level AI curriculum.

    • Live walkthroughs tailored to the roles using each agent
    • Written playbooks for every recurring task

    Week 5+

    Launch
